Why Join Us? ✔ Great Work-Life Balance ✔ On-Site Health Clinic ✔ Tuition Reimbursement & Growth Opportunities ✔ Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match) ✔ Paid Time Off & Holidays Your Impact: 🔹 Technical Support & Troubleshooting Assist service teams across locations in diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues Provide expert guidance to Mustang Power Systems shop & field service teams (Large Bore 290, Marine, EPG, Tomball, Waller) Collaborate with Caterpillar engineers via DSN to resolve critical issues 🔹 Failure Analysis & Problem Resolution Conduct applied failure analysis and manage technical service requests Work with district CAT Representatives to resolve warranty concerns Develop cost-effective solutions for equipment performance issues 🔹 Training & Collaboration Mentor dealer technicians to enhance technical proficiency Assist sales & parts teams with technical product knowledge Work closely with Caterpillar to improve equipment performance and service processes What You Bring: ✅ Education & Experience: Degree in Diesel Technology or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong hands-on experience with Caterpillar engines & power systems ✅ Technical Skills: Expertise in internal combustion engines (spark vs. compression ignition) Ability to read schematics, engineering drawings & machining specs Proficiency in precision measuring tools & dyno testing procedures Familiarity with CAT diagnostic & service systems ✅ Soft Skills: Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented & adaptable in high-pressure situations Team player with a passion for continuous learning Join Our Team & Make an Impact!
