The Opportunity:

• Be a visible and proactive leader on site, ensuring health and safety standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee and coordinate works across multiple stakeholders including the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and compliant delivery
• Take ownership of all snagging and quality assurance processes, driving resolution and adherence to programme schedules
• Monitor and implement project processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maintain compliance with all project procedures
• Lead regular site meetings to track progress, resolve issues collaboratively, and ensure clear communication of project impacts and risks
• Ensure all project protocols and safety procedures are consistently followed and actively championed
