ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as assigned) * Drive trucks in and out of wash bay. * Operate flush hose, pressure washer, soap hoses. * Sweep and squeegee office and bay floors. * Repair minor damages to hoses/equipment. * Remove and replace decking in trailers. * Inspect each trailer to adequately pass our biosecurity protocols MARGINAL FUNCTIONS * Complete needed paperwork for ordering supplies * Load/Unload washer and dryer. * Fold towels/clothing. * Remove pallets/trash. * Move soap barrels using dolly. * Report any damage seen on trucks or trailers to manager POSITION SPECIFICATIONS Education: High school education Experience: None needed – will train Work Environment: Enclosed wash bay area with wet, damp conditions Noise levels that require hearing protection in some areas Physical Requirements: Standing, walking and ability to be on feet 8 to 10 hours per day Frequent bending, reaching, squatting and kneeling Frequent use of one or both hands/arms to grasp or pull Frequent lifting of objects weighing 3-20 pounds Occasional bending while pulling and/or lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, or requiring up to 50 pounds of force to move Occasional bending while pulling and/or lifting objects weighing up to 100 pounds or requiring up to 100 pounds of force to move with the assistance of another person as needed Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to attend and participate in meetings of various lengths Additional Requirements: Ability to work weekends as needed Must have reliable transportation to get to work

Responsibilities

The Power Washer is responsible for operating washing equipment and maintaining cleanliness in the wash bay area. This includes driving trucks, using pressure washers, and inspecting trailers for biosecurity compliance.
