GENERAL SUMMARY Under the direction of the Landscaping Manager, the Power Washer is responsible for cleaning variety of surfaces using high-pressure cleaning equipment and chemicals. CORE SCOPE OF POSITION * Operates pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces such as buildings, concrete areas, and windows. * Uses degreasers or removal chemical as label recommends when requested by supervision. * Maintains established schedule as requested and provides feedback to improve schedule efficiency. * Clean-up rubble, debris and other waste materials from area being washed. * Performs other manual duties as directed. * Keeps tools and equipment in good repair. * Adheres to all company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines. * Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
