Benefits: Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement We're hiring a Power Washing Technician to join our crew and learn the trade from the ground up. You'll work alongside a crew lead on daily residential and commercial jobs across Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. No power washing experience needed. We'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is showing up on time, working hard, and paying attention to detail. Responsibilities: Job Support & Execution: Work alongside your crew lead to complete daily power washing jobs. Help with setup, breakdown, hauling equipment, masking and protecting surfaces, and cleaning. Follow direction and learn proper technique on the job. Equipment Handling: Load, unload, and transport equipment. Help maintain gear between jobs including hoses, nozzles, surface cleaners, and pumps. Learn how to identify when something needs attention and flag it. Site Prep & Cleanup: Prepare each job site before work begins (moving furniture, protecting landscaping, taping off areas) and make sure every site is left clean when the job is done. Quality Standards: Pay attention to the details. No missed spots, no chemical left unrinsed, no shortcuts. Your crew lead sets the standard and you hold yourself to it. Qualifications: No Experience Required. We will train you on everything. What matters is showing up every day, being willing to learn, and not being afraid of hard work. Work Ethic: This is physical, outdoor work in all weather conditions. If you're looking for something easy, this isn't it. If you want to learn a real trade and earn while you do it, keep reading. Dependability: Show up on time, every day. That's the bare minimum and it's non-negotiable. Attention to Detail: You'll be trained on what to look for, but you need to be the type of person who actually cares about doing the job right. Valid Driver's License: Preferred but not required. Physical Requirements: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather. Able to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders. Must be comfortable working at heights, including from a boom lift on commercial jobs. Benefits and Perks: Competitive hourly pay Learn a skilled trade on the job with full training Company truck, tools, and equipment, nothing out of your pocket Clear path to Crew Lead for people who show up and perform Variety of residential and commercial projects, no two days are the same Work outdoors, not behind a desk If you're reliable, hardworking, and want to learn a trade that pays well, apply now.
