The Opportunity

We're looking for a Power Platform Consultant / Analyst to join the Analytics & Digital team of a major Australian food and manufacturing organisation.

This is an opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level Power Platform professional with around 2-3 years' experience to work across automation, data and AI initiatives, translating business problems into practical technology solutions.

About the Role

You'll work closely with Business Analysis, Product and Digital stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
• Automating manual processes and improving business workflows
• Translating business requirements into practical technology solutions
• Working with stakeholders to understand problems and communicate your approach
• Identifying opportunities across automation, data and AI
• Collaborating with the broader Analytics & Digital team

Technology Environment

Power Apps | Power Automate | Dataverse | Power Platform

You may also gain exposure to Power BI, Azure Databricks, Microsoft 365, UiPath, AI and AWS.

Power BI is beneficial but not the primary focus, the role is centred around Power Platform, automation, applications and Dataverse.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Around 2-3 years' experience working with Power Platform or related technologies
• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate and/or Dataverse
• A strong logical thinker and problem solver
• Comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions
• A clear and confident communicator
• Curious and willing to learn new technologies
• Comfortable using AI tools to supplement their technical capability

You don't need to be a senior developer or architect, and deep manufacturing or supply-chain experience isn't required. Your ability to understand a business problem and develop a solution is more important.
