Responsibilities
  • Lead Change & Release Management using Microsoft DevOps (Bug Fixes, Tasks, Enhancements).
  • Drive enhancements and design changes to optimize our Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool.
  • Manage deployments across Development, TEST, and PROD environments.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain security roles and permissions.
  • Transition manual business processes into streamlined digital workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to guide phased implementation and adoption.
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure successful rollout and user adoption.
