OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a motivated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual with managerial qualities to join our fast-paced, growing dealership. If you thrive in a hands-on environment, are highly organized, and excel at leading a team, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with our inventory department members to ensure our operations run efficiently and professionally.
The way the pay structure is set up is as follows: $2500/month (base pay) + bonus’s subject to the person

• Data and record tracking
• Managing customer files
• Talking to customers regularly, coordinating deliveries via call and text
• Ensure all units (ATVs, side-by-sides, etc.) are fully prepped and ready for delivery
• Support the Inventory management with daily operational tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment
• Lead daily meetings and suggest improvements to boost team efficiency.
