Description As a Powersports Driver/Shop Helper, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the timely and safe delivery of Side by Sides, ATVs, and motorcycles to our valued customers. In addition to transport responsibilities, you will support the Service Department by assisting the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and providing general shop support. Key Responsibilities Service Department Support Assist the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman with daily tasks and department needs. Delivery & Transport Operate company trucks to deliver Side by Sides, ATVs, and motorcycles to customers. Load and unload units safely from trailers and trucks. Operate forklifts safely (certification provided if not already certified). Facility Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Service Department and storage areas. Perform daily duties such as emptying trash cans, sweeping floors, and disposing of scrap parts. Keep shop tools and equipment stored properly. Maintain clean and presentable parking lots and facility grounds. Shop Support Assist with moving, detailing, units for customers. Provide basic mechanical support on shop tasks as directed. Support cross-department needs and collaborate with team members as needed. Requirements Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Experience towing and backing 16’ or larger utility trailers. Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Display a proactive and team-focused attitude. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Willingness to obtain a motorcycle endorsement (if not already held). Forklift certification (must obtain within 60 days of hire — training provided). Working Conditions Shop and outdoor work environment with physical tasks. May occasionally be required to work overtime, especially for deliveries outside normal hours.
Responsibilities
