We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Yamaha & Bobcat Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for the powersports industry, and the ability to upsell products effectively. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your sales skills can shine.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the powersports or bobcat equipment industry or related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly.
• Experience in upselling and closing deals effectively.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in French, are a plus.
• Familiarity with sales management principles and techniques is desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable Yamaha and Bobcat products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain powersports and equipment features, benefits, and financing options.
• Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities on powersports, bobcat equipment and additional products.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our powersports and bobcat equipment.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
• Participate in outside sales activities, including attending community events and networking opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages.
