REQUIREMENTS

• Mechanical experience – industry experience preferred
• Good health and physical mobility
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lb
• Powersports riding experience – Tell us what you ride

• Perform mechanical repairs and diagnose units
• Complete work orders effectively and accurately
• Suggest areas of improvements in workflow and shop maintenance
• Bring and maintain hand tool essentials for the job
• Look for appropriate upsells on customer machines and communicate to service advisor
• Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology’s, repair techniques and industry standards
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance
• Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliance’s
• Create inter-department relationships
• Follow company policy in using the shop for personal use
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
