Position: Powersports and Rec Sales Specialist
Reporting To: Director of Finance

MUST HAVE SIGNIFICANT SALES EXPERIENCE AND LEISURE RV MARINE EXPERIENCE

At FNPS and Yellowhead Recreation, we’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Powersports Sales Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in powersports sales, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Finance to drive sales and financing solutions, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

• Proven experience in powersports sales or a related field.
• Strong passion and knowledge of powersports vehicles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with the finance team.
• Proficiency in documentation and organization.

1. Sales Strategy: Follow and tried tested and proven sales strategy as a member of an elite sales and finance team with guaranteed results.
2. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
3. Product Expertise: Stay informed about the latest powersports vehicle models and features, enabling you to educate clients effectively.
4. Finance Collaboration: Work alongside the finance team to provide tailored financing options for clients.
5. Documentation Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales and finance-related paperwork.
6. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the Senior Finance Manager.
