Job Description As a Graduate Powertrain Calibration Engineer, you’ll be part of our UK team, working closely with colleagues in Germany and across Europe. You’ll gain hands-on experience with vehicle systems, software, and calibration tools, contributing to live projects from day one. What you’ll do: Learn and apply tools and processes to develop and test powertrain calibration functions (petrol, diesel, hybrid, BEV). Work directly with vehicles and control units to design and release calibrations that meet safety and performance standards. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver production-ready solutions. Support technical project management including planning, quality assurance, cost control, and series production readiness. Ensure compliance with Bosch’s engineering processes and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electronics or related engineering discipline Strong communication and teamwork skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK and ability to travel within Europe Desired Skills: Knowledge and professional experience in the automotive / powertrain domain Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business development Additional Information This is a 24-month graduate program beginning in September 2026, designed to launch your career in automotive engineering. You’ll receive mentorship, technical training, and exposure to international projects — preparing you for future roles in engineering, leadership, or innovation. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree. Location: you will be based at the Nuneaton office. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
