Job Description Design, develop, and release powertrain, differential, EDM, and cradle mounts from concept to vehicle launch Coordinate validation and testing with cross-functional teams (NVH, Dynamics, Vehicle Integration, Stress Lab, CAE) Lead component design using FMEA and CAE tools Ensure vehicle packaging compliance and drawing/model integrity Manage change processes (CN, EBOM/CODEP) and issue tracking (GIMs) Oversee component validation (DVP&R) Support builds at OEM assembly and supplier plants Design fastened joints and develop torque specifications Qualifications Experience in powertrain and chassis system design/release Proficient in FMEA, CAE, and DVP&R processes Knowledge of vehicle packaging and drawing best practices Familiarity with change management systems (CN, EBOM/CODEP) Skilled in issue tracking with GIMs Experience with fastener joint design and torque specification development Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for validation/testing Build support experience at OEM and supplier facilities Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
