IN THIS POSITION…

• Liaison between Ford PTO (Powertrain Operations) Plants and VO (Vehicle Operations) Assembly Plants for base engine, transmission, and axle Quality issue.
• PTO Representative (on-site at VO) for all PTO Plants suppling product to VO Plant.

• Provide investigation / analysis of non-conforming base Powertrain components supplied by Ford PTO Plants.
• Assist with in-vehicle diagnostics for trouble-shooting base Powertrain responsible Quality issues.
• Assist in timely recommendations and decisions on removals and replacements (Pulls) and/or repairs
• Provide timely reporting and documentation via REDCRS (Resident Engineering Defect Reporting System) of PTO concerns identified.
• Represent and support Quality action requests from PTO Plants such as part trials, Stop Ships, and Launch item assistance.
• Work with Powertrain PVT, Incoming Quality, and VO Plant Teams on base Powertrain issues.
• Visit PTO Plants on a regular basis to gain understanding of the processes.
