Job Description Ensuring the completeness/availability of all documents necessary for sourcing start-up (Sourcing Package) and to keep them up to date and consistent with sourcing closing. Performing technical validation plan definition of the assigned system (reducing to the minimum the test loops), to test review management and issue resolution according to the model time schedule. Making available the documentation necessary to implement technical modifications (FETE,ECO,ECR) to request their economical evaluations, to support the PR during the approval phase and to guarantee the associated drawings release. To monitor, through the accountable departments, their application in production accordingly to time schedule and procedures provided. Ensuring the completeness/availability of all documents necessary for tooling release and industrilization phase Qualifications Graduated from Engineering departments of universities, Being able to use a foreign language (English) at an upper intermediate level. If you have at least 2 year of experience (at least 1 year in car maker OEM) in the development and/or processes of Fuel, HVAC, Cooling, Exhaust and Air Intake products in Automotive, you have realized product design at component level and participated in commissioning. For Development designer role design experience required as above or simulation programs experience (Amesim, GT-Power, StarCCM) Good at communication and oriented results Able to manage /coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders (suppliers, plant, platform, functions) Actively using PLM, Enovia, Catia. In case of any PLM, Enovia, Catia, APQP, other programs needed for activity. For Development designer role, 3D program knowledge is required (such as PLM, Enovia, Catia, NX Unigraphics, Teamcenter, VisMockUp).

Responsibilities

The Powertrain Systems Technical Leader is responsible for ensuring the completeness and availability of all necessary documents for sourcing and tooling release. They will also manage technical validation plans and monitor the implementation of technical modifications in production.
