Description
What You’ll Do As a Trove caregiver, you’ll provide supportive, non-medical care in clients’ homes. Care needs vary by client — from companionship to personal care — and we match you accordingly. You may assist with: Companionship & Engagement Transportation (errands, appointments, outings) Medication reminders Meal preparation & light cooking Light housekeeping & homemaking tasks If you're a CNA or a PCA with proper training, you may also provide hands-on personal care, such as: Dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Feeding assistance Ambulation and transferring Bathing and toileting support Incontinence care What We’re Looking For PCA, CNA, or HHA certification preferred At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) Active driver’s license and valid car insurance Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Compassion, patience, and emotional maturity Dependability and professionalism Ability to follow care plans and document accurately Must pass background check and reference screening What We Offer $20–$25/hr, based on certification, experience, and case complexity Flexible scheduling – we’ll work with your availability Pathway to a consistent, recurring schedule with regular clients Supportive office staff and 24/7 on-call support A small team culture where you’re respected and valued Ready to Join Us?
