Purpose & Objective of Position
The Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (CoE) provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end advisory and support to our Premium Engagement customers.

Expectations & Tasks

As CoE Business Consultant for Manufacturing area, you will analyze End to End process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks:

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops meetings with internal and external clients
• Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
• Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
• Safeguard and Optimize Production Planning and Quality Management processes and their integration with other modules in SAP S/4HANA / ECC.

Skills / Competencies

• Business consultant with knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience with respective SAP Modules or Solutions supporting process like Manufacturing Planning and Manufacturing Execution
• +7 years of experience in two or more SAP Modules / Solutions like PP & QM with at least 5 full cycle implementations or similar experience
• Strong knowledge in S/4HANA Manufacturing innovations like MRP Live, DDMRP, Embedded PPDS, etc
• Strong knowledge in functional integration and cross solution issues between ERP modules like MM, SD, EWM and cloud solutions like SAP IBP
• Knowledge of SAP IoT Manufacturing solutions like SAP MII and SAP MES and SAP Digital Manufacturing
• Proactive, self-motivated and open-mind person
• Able to work under pressure and during critical situations
• Able to have medium complex conversations in English and basic conversations in Spanish

Educational Requirements (degrees, class completion, etc.)
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

Qualifications:

• English language: mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region including US and Canada
• ABAP code analysis and debugging skills are highly desirable
