This role focuses on evaluating supplier performance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality standards and support production needs. Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Conduct supplier audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to requirements. Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to implement quality improvement initiatives. Maintain and update supplier quality documentation and reports. Support the qualification and onboarding of new suppliers through evaluations and approvals.
