Manage a base of SMB clients, having regular comminication and being their point of contact in the business.
Onboard new clients through our trial process, delivering strong relationship and performance KPIs.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure clients’ long term relationship.
Set the strategic direction and optimizations for the clients PPC accounts. Implement the strategy with assistance from our technical team.
Upsell and cross sell relevant products in which the client can benefit from, receiving commission as you do so.
Engage clients via video calls, and compile reports and presentations to deliver service.
Achieve quality assurance KPIs.
Grow media spends where relevant to deliver longer term growth for the client.
