As a PPC Executive at Compare the Market, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact, data-fuelled campaigns that connect millions with smarter financial choices. Working with market-leading tools, agency partners and people across the Compare the Market team, you’ll have the autonomy to test, learn, and optimise at pace. If you love diving into data, spotting trends, and seeing the direct results of your work—this is your moment to shine in a brand that’s famous for making switching simple. What you’ll be doing: Support the continuous optimisation of PPC campaigns, refining account structures, targeting, bidding, and creative assets for maximum efficiency. Collaborate with our PPC agency and key partners like Google and Microsoft to stay ahead of best practices and industry trends. Dive into data using tools like Search Ads 360, Power BI, and Google Analytics to uncover insights, identify performance shifts, and spot growth opportunities. Contribute to regular performance reviews, offering compelling insights on trends and competitive movement. Plan and run A/B tests across ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to drive performance innovation. What we’re looking for: Hands-on PPC experience, managing large and/or complex accounts. Proficiency with Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Microsoft Ads. Confident communicator with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Google Analytics. A collaborative, dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
