REMOTE (UK-BASED) | £30K STARTING SALARY | FULL-TIME | INDUSTRY-LEADING BONUS SCHEME

We’re looking for a motivated PPC Executive / PPC Specialist with at least 2 years’ experience (preferably agency-side) to join our growing team. This is the perfect role for someone ready to take ownership of their own accounts while having the support of our senior team. You’ll be managing a portfolio of smaller client accounts and delivering excellent results, with a clear progression path to PPC Manager within 12–24 months, and the potential to progress further into Senior PPC Manager.

• Manage your own portfolio of smaller client accounts (lead gen & eCommerce)
• Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
• Handle day-to-day client communications including calls, emails, and reporting
• Monitor performance against targets (CPA, ROAS, lead quality, sales)
• Provide recommendations and insights based on data and trends
• Ensure tracking is set up correctly (GTM, GA4, conversion actions)
• Identify opportunities to improve ROI and reduce wasted spend
• Work closely with the Head of Delivery and Head of PPC Strategy for guidance and support
• Support a Senior PPC Manager on higher tier client accounts.
• Continuously develop your skills to prepare for progression into a PPC Manager role
