Description

We’re looking for a data-obsessed, results-driven Paid Marketing Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. You’ll take full ownership of paid media strategy and optimization across Google Search and Microsoft Ads for our portfolio of active and new clients. You should know these platforms inside and out - from campaign structure to bid strategies to audience segmentation and be constantly looking for ways to drive better ROI.
This is not a “set it and forget it” role. You’ll be in the weeds daily, analyzing performance data, testing aggressively, and making smart decisions that move the needle. You’ll also work closely with Account Managers, Operations, and internal tools to ensure everything runs smoothly and clients are getting top-tier results.
