Role Moneturn is expanding its Performance Marketing operation, and as our team scales, we’re looking for a talented individual to join us and support our growth. Reporting directly to our Head of PPC, this role is ideal for someone who’s highly organised, proactive, and eager to dive into every aspect of performance marketing. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team where your skills will grow alongside our ambitious plans in the iGaming and Sweepstakes space. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience and make a real impact. Key Accountabilities Plan, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google and Bing Ads. Lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns with varying objectives across paid media channels. Create and refine media buying strategies and A/B testing plans to maximise performance. Build and manage KPIs, budgets, and forecasts across multiple verticals. Apply data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and deliver measurable improvements. Produce in-depth performance and post-campaign analysis reports. Leverage a strong understanding of user journeys to execute effective full-funnel marketing strategies. 5+ years’ experience in a digital advertising role An advanced level Excel/Google Sheets Knowledge and extensive experience within the iGaming or Sweepstakes casino industry Highly organised with good time management skills Meticulous attention to detail Analytical, numerate and commercially minded Proficiency in Google Ads and analytics tools. Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience managing substantial ad budgets. Tools experience: Google Ads Google Tag Manager Google Analytics Excel / Google Sheets Asana Google Data Studio would be a plus Marketing research tools Creative tools Personal: High levels of energy and enthusiasm Hard working and proactive Thrives in a challenging and fast-paced environment Resilient and maintains a positive attitude at all times £50,00 - £60,000 salary per annum, depending on experience Company bonus & profit sharing scheme Fully remote working policy - we have team members based all over the world, from London to Dubai to India!
