JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our team. You’ll be managing high-performing campaigns across a variety of industries, optimising spend to drive growth and measurable results. This role requires someone who is highly organised, data-driven, and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.
Your day-to-day tasks will include building campaigns, conducting keyword research, creating and testing ad copy, monitoring campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the team, and communicating with clients/ businesses of all sizes.
You will need to have at least 3 years of experience managing Google Ads accounts and may be expected to undertake other aspects of digital marketing, such as Microsoft, Meta and more.

EXPERIENCE

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience with pay-per-click advertising and familiarity with Google Ads (ideally 3 years of hands-on experience)
  • Experience with Google tools such as Analytics, Tag Manager and Merchant Centre
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Must be willing to learn from others and adapt in order to grow within an agency setting
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Additional Skills:

  • Understanding of platforms such as Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Quick learner with the ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
