REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of key Google Ads metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign setup, bid management, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, keyword planning tools, and performance tracking platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a knack for creative messaging.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a huge plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads.
  • Manage daily account responsibilities, including keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Identify and recommend strategic improvements in keyword opportunities, targeting, and campaign structure.
  • Craft engaging ad copy and generate large keyword lists to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee placement targeting on the Google Display Network (GDN) and through affiliate partners.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance via web analytics dashboards and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in paid search and digital advertising.
