Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled PPC Specialist with hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns that perform. You’ll work with a portfolio of clients across industries, ensuring their campaigns are aligned with business objectives, optimized for conversions, and tracked for success

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth
  • Conduct ongoing optimizations weekly and biweekly, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, keyword performance, and creative testing
  • Build and manage account structures that support both scalability and performance tracking
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver clear performance reports that tie results directly to client growth goals
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to align campaign strategies with client objectives and industry best practices and wins in ads are shared
  • Implement conversion tracking solutions to ensure accurate ROI reporting
  • Manage client advertising budgets, including sign-offs and filing
