PPC Specialist (6-Month Contract)
Location: Stand Out Socks, Evans House, Warrington, WA2 7HW (in-office, 4 days/week)
Role Type: Part Time Temporary – 6 months (Monday–Thursday, 9:30am–2:30pm)
Salary: £40,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week; paid pro rata for 20 hours/week), paid monthly
Start Date: ASAP

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled PPC Specialist to join our dynamic and purpose-driven team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing pay-per-click campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on maximising ROI and driving targeted traffic.
This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical ability, and the skills to continuously optimise campaigns for performance and growth.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads + Meta essential)
  • Strong understanding of PPC campaign management principles and best practices
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Clear and effective communicator—comfortable collaborating with a small, fast-moving team
  • A proactive learner who keeps up with digital marketing tools, strategies, and trends

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Ads Manager, and Tag Manager, making adjustments to optimise results
  • Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximise ROI
  • Collaborate with the team to align PPC activity with wider marketing goals
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PPC and digital advertising
