Position Overview We’re looking for a data-driven PPC Strategist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads to manage end-to-end paid campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of driving measurable results across search, display, video, and social ad platforms. \n Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Meta Ads (including Instagram). Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for ongoing performance improvement. Create compelling ad copy and work closely with design teams to produce engaging creatives. Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and platform-specific dashboards. Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are on track with pacing, spend, and target KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA). Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to clients and stakeholders. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in PPC advertising. Qualifications (Must-have Skills): Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are required Proven ability to drive results (conversions, leads, sales) while managing multiple campaigns. Skilled in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking, remarketing campaigns, and audience segmentation. Exceptional copywriting skills for ad creatives. Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with other platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Familiarity with CRO, landing page design, and SEO. Background in eCommerce or B2B lead generation.
