About the Job:

Ensure PPM Remedial quotations are received and uploaded to Verisae for the client’s approval within the contractual KPI timeframe.

  • Reviewing approved PPM Remedials, ensuring the tasks are allocated and shared with the supply chain and internal teams on time and following them through to completion within the contractual KPI.
  • Drive and improve overall Arcus Compliance.
  • Supervise and maintain all compliance documents.
  • Supporting in running of reports from Verisae against PPM/Quote status’ - analysis & reporting.
  • Utilising Arcus resource to maximise efficiency.
  • Chase and escalation management.
  • Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.
  • Managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with best practices.
  • Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
  • Respond to all customer requests within specific contractual / procedural timescales in order to meet agreed KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Provide support to the Service Delivery Manager, Admin team and PPM Co-Ordinator.
  • Working with the Service Delivery Manager to identify ways of developing and advancing processes and procedures within compliance.
  • Ensuring that Compliance, Incident, and Operational Reports are submitted in the agreed format, on a timely basis and in line with reporting requirements.

To be successful you will have::

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong MS Office skills together with knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP’s)
  • Understanding of soft facilities management.
  • Experience of business systems preferably Verisae.
  • Technical knowledge of property assets and their maintenance requirements
  • Frequency of assets
  • Understanding of certification/reports, to interpret supply chains dockets
    If you have a ‘can-do’ attitude are flexible, having great listening and problem-solving skills. Have experience within either call centre or any type of retail sector, then we want to hear from you!

  • Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum (depending on experience)
