Description
Prototype BOM and Material control Analyst to coordinate with CFT (Engineering, Purchasing, Program Mgt, Finance and PMA) and participate in Program review meetings to ensure material orders are placed on-time to meet the Material Required Date (MRD). ERP’s used • Worldwide Engineering Releasing System (WERS) feeds the part-usage details to GPIRS. • Global Prototype Inventory Requisitioning and Scheduling (GPIRS) system for ordering prototype parts globally. • Worldwide Integrated Purchasing System (WIPS) feeds source details to GPIRS.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage prototype Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure material orders are placed on time. Oversee the procurement of parts for global pre-build requirements from generation through completion of the build.
