Job Purpose The role supports the Head of Human Resources in delivering PPMZ’s Reward, Performance, and Talent Management agenda. It ensures competitive and compliant reward and benefits practices, effective performance management, and robust talent and succession planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while upholding strong HR governance and Prudential standards. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of reward and benefits frameworks, including salary and bonus reviews, market benchmarking, job architecture, and benefits governance. Provide reward analytics and insights, including internal equity, market competitiveness, and gender pay analysis. Support performance management and People Review processes, including calibration, PIPs, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Oversee payroll governance in partnership with Finance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance. Maintain reward policies, procedures, HR systems (Workday/MyHR), and contribute to HR reporting and governance. Manage and communicate employee benefits and ensure effective pension governance. Lead and develop a small HR team, promoting engagement, capability building, and performance. Key Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Reward, Benefits, and Talent Management. Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist and in HR operations. Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Hands‑on experience with HR systems (preferably Workday). Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. ZIHRM membership and ZAQA‑verified qualifications are mandatory.
