Main Responsibilities Membuat Analisa Performa Bisnis Perusahaan berupa Laporan performa per kegiatan. Membuat studi kelayakan bisnis dan investasi berupa Laporan perhitungan kelayakan studi dan investasi. Memberikan masukan ke manajemen perusahaan terkait kalayakan investasi tersebut. Menyediakan supporting data, analiasa dan pembuatan budget untuk pelaporan budget General Responsibilities Memastikan penerapan Integrated management System, termasuk identifikasi, dokumentasi, dan pengendalian risiko di area kerja departemen terkait. Membina dan memastikan komitmen setiap anggota tim untuk memahami dan mematuhi semua persyaratan Integrated Management System yang berlaku. Bersedia untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses investigasi kecelakaan, insiden, atau tindakan yang dapat menyebabkan insiden yang disebabkan oleh tindakan tidak aman atau kondisi tidak aman, termasuk memberikan informasi dan laporan yang akurat berdasarkan fakta yang diketahui. Bersedia untuk terlibat dalam proses pengendalian keamanan informasi yang diterapkan untuk melindungi aset informasi dan aset pemrosesan informasi yang dimiliki dan/atau dikelola oleh Perusahaan dari ancaman terhadap kerahasiaan, integritas, dan ketersediaan. Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang pelayaran (shipping), lebih diutamakan yang memiliki kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi dan program sebagai berikut: Microsoft Excel – level advanced ; Google Sheets – level advanced; SQL Query – level beginner; Tableau – level beginner; Microsoft Power Point – level advanced; Canva – level advanced; Programming with pythton – level beginner. Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris aktif (speaking and writing). Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik. Multitasking dan memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik.
