Job Description The Financial Analyst role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analyses and providing strategic insights for infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities: Develop and execute sophisticated financial models for infrastructure projects to rigorously assess financial viability, economic feasibility, and benchmark performance metrics. Conduct in-depth sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of various factors on project outcomes, ensuring robust decision-making processes. Produce comprehensive viability reports that meticulously capture key details derived from financial models, providing crucial information for stakeholders. Perform thorough demand assessments and generate detailed market reports and presentations to support strategic planning initiatives. Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse audiences, including senior management and external partners. Apply advanced knowledge of public-private partnerships (PPP) concepts to optimize project development and execution strategies. Craft precise and legally sound Request for Proposals (RFP) documents and Concession agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Conduct rigorous analyses of financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights on project performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather critical data and ensure the utmost accuracy of financial projections and forecasts. Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and regulatory changes, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities in infrastructure projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial databases to support data-driven decision-making processes and enhance organizational efficiency. Execute thorough risk assessments and formulate robust mitigation strategies for infrastructure projects, safeguarding organizational interests. Play a pivotal role in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for ongoing and potential projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic alignment. Participate in rigorous due diligence processes for potential investments or partnerships, providing critical financial insights to inform strategic decisions. Contribute significantly to the development of sophisticated financial strategies aimed at optimizing project outcomes and maximizing returns on investment. Qualifications MBA – Finance and relevant PGDM course related to the Infrastructure projects with 20 yrs+ experience Additional Information Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
