Position Overview: The PPU Technician (N2/FM/Machining) will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of various power pack units (PPU) along with capabilities in nitrogen (N2) applications, flow management (FM), and machining processes. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient performance of our machinery and equipment during critical operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain power pack units to ensure optimal performance. Carry out nitrogen gas operations and maintenance activities. Perform machining processes including setup, operation, and maintenance of relevant machinery. Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on PPU and associated systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Document maintenance activities, inspections, and any relevant findings accurately. Collaborate effectively with other technicians and teams to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant trade qualification or experience in power pack units, nitrogen systems, and machining. Proven experience in operating and maintaining machinery within industrial settings. Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork capabilities. Commitment to adhere to safety and quality standards.
