We are working exclusively with a 10+ years old, founder-led communications agency specialising in the world of chefs, restaurants, and food brands – and we’re looking for a talented and strategic Account Director to lead across a portfolio of exciting, high-profile hospitality clients.

THE ROLE

You’ll take the lead across 12 diverse and dynamic food & hospitality clients, managing a small team while ensuring campaigns land with impact and precision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of 12 hospitality/F&B clients (chefs, restaurants, and food brands)
• Act as strategic partner and day-to-day contact for senior clients
• Line manage and mentor a talented Account Manager and Account Executive
• Lead on campaign planning, media strategy, storytelling and delivery
• Maintain high standards of client service, reporting, and relationship management
• Oversee budgets, timings, and outputs with a commercial mindset
• Support and mentor junior team members in developing their skills and progression
• Collaborate with the SLT on agency growth and new business
• Help shape the future of the agency with opportunities for promotion to Associate Director, Director, and even Partner level
