Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic PR and Brand Strategist to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations and brand strategies that enhance our company’s reputation, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, an expert in media relations, and a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and protecting a strong brand identity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a PR, communications, or brand management role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts.
  • Experience with crisis communications and reputation management.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to measure the impact of PR and branding initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for our industry and a deep understanding of our target audience.

Responsibilities
  • Public Relations Strategy: Develop and implement a proactive PR strategy to secure positive media coverage in key industry publications, mainstream media, and digital channels.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key media influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit compelling press releases, media pitches, talking points, articles, and other PR materials.
  • Brand Management: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all internal and external communications.
  • Crisis Communications: Develop and execute crisis communication plans to mitigate reputational risk and manage public perception during challenging situations.
  • Thought Leadership: Identify and secure opportunities for company executives to serve as thought leaders through speaking engagements, interviews, and published articles.
  • Social Media: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate PR efforts with social media strategies, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze the effectiveness of PR and branding campaigns, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and media value.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape changes to inform PR and branding strategies.
