ABOUT THE JOB

To strengthen the Brand Team at our Amsterdam headquarters, we are looking for a PR & Brand Communications Manager with a passion for storytelling, strong media relationships, and a sharp eye for detail. In this role, you will lead our global public relations strategy for MR MARVIS. You will execute the strategy for the Netherlands and Belgium, and ensure that our external PR agencies in Germany, the UK, and France are providing locally relevant input and following through on execution.
From establishing the MR MARVIS global PR strategy to writing press releases and coordinating showroom presentations, managing seeding campaigns and organising customer-facing events, you will play a central role in how MR MARVIS presents itself to the world. You will also support the daily flow of creative and brand requests, helping to keep priorities clear and projects moving forward.
You will be joining a fast-paced, collaborative team where ownership, energy, and structure are key. We are looking for someone who knows how to combine long-term thinking with hands-on execution, and who is ready to elevate the MR MARVIS brand through powerful storytelling and real-world experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and own the global PR strategy for MR MARVIS: Build and lead a clear, impactful PR strategy to strengthen brand awareness, support launches, and drive growth across markets.
  • Execute PR efforts in the Netherlands and Belgium, and oversee implementation by agencies in Germany, the UK, and France
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Dutch and Belgian lifestyle and fashion media to secure quality press coverage.
  • Create clear, engaging press materials and manage their distribution.
  • Improve internal (brand) communication by developing engaging decks and internal updates which aligns teams and fosters brand culture.
  • Plan and execute events that generate earned media and customer engagement.
  • Manage seasonal showroom presentations to showcase new collections to press.
  • Manage influencer outreach and seeding to drive authentic brand content and awareness.
  • Lead creative seeding initiatives to amplify launches and storytelling.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming studio requests
  • Review, prioritise, and assign tasks to the Design Studio.
