Now, we’re looking for a PR & Brand Engagement Executive to help amplify our story and grow our brand by making meaningful connections with our guests, community, partners, and the people who shape our world.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a role for a natural connector - someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, and bringing ideas to life. You’ll be the face and voice of our brand within our local and digital communities, creating engaging partnerships, hosting events, and building networks that keep our venues at the heart of the conversation.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team on brand campaigns and guest experiences, with PR activity supporting those wider engagement initiatives. Think less press release writing, more hosting influencer dinners, collaborating on pop-ups, or bringing together local creatives for a brand collab.
This is an in office role (not hybrid) although we recognise that much of the time will be spent meeting people away from the office.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Building and nurturing relationships with influencers, collaborators, creatives, brand partners, and community groups for four hospitality/leisure businesses
  • Spotting partnership opportunities, local collaborations, and event ideas that amplify our brand presence
  • Hosting brand events, influencer gatherings, press nights, and guest experiences
  • Managing and activating influencer partnerships and social collaborations, ensuring authentic, on-brand content
  • Being an active, friendly face within our venues - connecting with guests, gathering feedback, and creating memorable guest touchpoints
  • Supporting brand campaigns with on-the-ground activation ideas and engagement activity
  • Attending local networking events, industry nights, and community happenings to represent the brand
  • Coordinating brand-led experiences, gifting campaigns, and promotional activations
  • Supporting media relations as needed, including handling press enquiries and building journalist relationships
  • Monitoring engagement impact, creating activity reports, and sharing ideas for future initiatives
