    Description and Requirements
    We’re looking for a strong professional to drive external and internal communications throughout our DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) business.
    Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience of driving innovative integrated work – spanning all communications disciplines, working closely with local colleagues to deliver ground-breaking campaigns targeting the decision makers of today & tomorrow, exploring new opportunities and techniques, together with experience of leading corporate PR and issues management.
    Attitude and adaptability is key. This is a role that demands a creative, innovative, flexible, “can-do” approach. One day you’ll be working with marketing leads to design and implement innovative socially led B2C campaigns, the next briefing key business media on our objectives. You will work closely with the senior leadership of our German business, proactively setting the strategy for communications, exploring new ways to communicate with key audiences in the region and, driving greater awareness of the Lenovo story – and our transformation from products to a services and solutions led technology powerhouse.
    Reporting to the EMEA Director of Communications and based in, or near to, Stuttgart, the role offers autonomy to set the direction and style of communications in the region, requiring close collaboration and negotiation with local business leaders, marketing managers, and product teams across Lenovo’s diverse portfolio – from PCs, data centers, solutions and services.
    Your day to day responsibilities will include the following:Local Communications Leadership :
    Develop and execute a communications strategy tailored to the DACH region, focused locally, but aligned with EMEA, and global priorities.
    Show why we matter to the market, highlighting Lenovo’s wins, strengths, and unique business profile in DACH to foster a more localised market presence.
Responsibilities

7+ years of proven public relations experience, with roles in both agency and in-house settings, preferably in the technology sector and with global companies or international brands.
Strong understanding of the DACH communications landscape, particularly in Germany and Austria. A grounding in technology (PC, data center, services and solutions) communications is a distinct advantage.
Financially savvy - managing budgets to make the most of the funds available
Self-motivated with a results-oriented, problem-solving mindset, capable of delivering under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Adept at building trust and fostering strong relationships with senior leaders, blending strategic advisory expertise with hands-on execution.
Demonstrated expertise in earned media and social media amplification – especially in developing new approaches to communications, with a track record of integrating these within campaigns.
Familiarity with government relations, particularly in collaboration with specialists.
Fluency in German and English.
Ability to build compelling stories that highlight localised successes and resonate with diverse audiences.
