1 ROLE AVAILABLE TO COVER - MIDLANDS, WEST & WALES

We’re looking for a proactive and creative PR & Communications Manager to lead internal and external communications across our Operating Companies in the Midlands, West and Wales . This is a fantastic opportunity to drive positive press coverage, connect with communities, support internal culture, and engage key stakeholders — all while making a tangible difference to how people see and experience Stagecoach.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Delivering regional PR strategies aligned to commercial goals and customer focus.
  • Supporting, delivering and maximising any involvement with local and / or national partnerships for your Operating Companies.
  • Leading press office activity, drafting press releases, handling enquiries, and responding to incidents.
  • Building and nurturing strong media and stakeholder relationships.
  • Supporting national campaigns with a local voice and impact.
  • Managing internal communication across your Operating Companies including supporting your local management teams and cascading news and communication from central support functions and the wider organisation group via Blink and additional channels.
  • Amplifying community and charity engagement to enhance our local presence.
  • Supporting stakeholder relationships with clear, aligned communications.
  • Working closely with Managing Directors and regional leadership to tell a powerful, consistent story.
