PR Coordinator

About Ferm Living
Ferm Living is a Danish design company founded in
2006. From our home in Copenhagen, we collaborate
with artisans worldwide, merging our Scandinavian ethos
with global skills and traditions. Our collections are
characterised by soft forms, rich textures, and intriguing
details that allow you to create composed atmospheres
with a touch of the unexpected.
Key Responsibilities
As our PR Coordinator, you will play a central role in
supporting and coordinating Ferm Living’s PR activities.
You will be working closely with the PR Manager as well as
external agencies to ensure smooth execution and follow-

up on PR initiatives across markets.

• Coordinate and support the execution of the PR plan

in alignment with the global marketing calendar

• Maintain daily contact with national and international

media, press and influencers

• Assist with seasonal influencer activations and

collaborations (paid and organic)

• Handle samples, press requests, seasonal orders

and gifting

• Help plan and execute PR events and activities
• Collaborate with PR agencies on local PR activities and

follow-up on deliverables

• Monitor media coverage and contribute to PR

reporting and KPI tracking
The position is based at Ferm Living HQ in Copenhagen
and reports directly to PR Manager.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a creative and well-organised PR
Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and
enjoys working with a wide variety of tasks. You should be
a great communicator with a natural flair for relationships

and storytelling.

• Minimum 3 years of experience within PR,

communication or marketing – preferably in the

design, interior or fashion industry

• Education in communications, branding,

marketing or similar

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of press and influencer relations
• Outgoing, service-minded and a strong communicator

in English (Danish is a plus)

• Self-motivated but also a true team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with PR/

monitoring tools is a plus
Preferred experience
Experience in the high-end interior or fashion industry
or with other luxury products, as well as familiarity with
brand ambassadorship, will be highly regarded.
