We’re a team driven by curiosity, impact, and fast growth — and we’re looking for people who want to build with us. PR Team Our PR team combines data-driven insights, creativity, and experimentation to create news-worthy content. We transform complex topics, ranging from cybersecurity and privacy to personal finance and health, into compelling narratives that resonate with audiences worldwide. Our experts have been cited by Bloomberg, ABC, CNBC, NBC, VentureBeat, and our research and reports have been featured in major media outlets, including the BBC, Forbes, The Guardian, New York Post, TechRadar, PCMag, Elle, and Daily Mail, among others. You We are looking for a creative data analyst with a broad range of expertise in data analytics, with a sharp analytical mindset and a strong ability to craft data-driven stories and effectively combine data science with public relations. As a data analyst, you will uncover trends hidden in data across cybersecurity, finance, healthcare, and technology industries and transform them into compelling narratives. \n WHAT YOU’LL DO Conduct exploratory and in-depth analysis for Cybernews, InvestorsObserver, and WellnessPulse projects on various datasets (potentially including public, 3rd-party, and internal data sets) to uncover trends, statistically significant patterns, and unique correlations for PR reports across cybersecurity, finance, health, and technology sectors Turn validated data findings into compelling, clear, easy-to-digest PR materials for data-based reports, expert communication materials, charts, and other visuals for owned content Proactively identify and pitch new research topics and data-driven story angles that align with company priorities and media trends, and present these opportunities to PR and other senior stakeholders Lead end-to-end data-led content projects, owning the process from PR brief to final delivery: assessing requests, defining scope, and setting realistic timelines. Work hands-on with a variety of analytical tools to independently analyze data and prepare/structure datasets for deeper investigation and storytelling Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity, finance, healthcare, and broader technology trends WHAT WE EXPECT Experience in researching, analyzing, and fact-checking technical content across multiple domains (bonus if it is cybersecurity, finance, health, or technology) Ability to turn raw numbers into compelling narratives, charts, and reports that are easily understood by a non-technical audience Advanced skills in data exploration and Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and modeling A pragmatic and impact-focused approach to problem-solving, with the judgment to choose the right tool for the job to get to the answer efficiently Strong communication skills to provide clear, constructive feedback and collaborate effectively across departments Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment WHAT YOU GET Health & Well-being – Private health insurance with mental health coverage (including psychotherapy sessions), in-house physiotherapy, and access to premium wellness apps and fitness resources Time to Recharge – Paid sick days and extra vacation days that grow the longer you’re with us Continuous Growth – Deep focus on individual progress, backed by the 70/20/10 development model and a variety of L&D initiatives that help boost performance all year round. You’ll have a learning budget for courses, conferences, books, and subscriptions — plus regular knowledge-sharing sessions Recognition & Support – Work anniversaries, celebrations for personal milestones such as birthdays, weddings, welcoming new family members, and more Community & Connection – Quarterly events to share knowledge, strengthen alignment, and foster collaboration across teams — plus company workations, wellness challenges, marathons, and other initiatives that bring people together in meaningful ways Workspace & Comfort – Pet-friendly, centrally located offices designed for collaboration and focus, with snacks and spaces to connect or recharge Flexibility – A hybrid work model built on trust and autonomy, with in-person moments that matter We care about our team as much as our content. That’s why we focus on real benefits — the kind that help you grow, stay healthy, and feel supported both at work and beyond. The future of media is now — be part of it. At Mediatech, your ideas shape what’s next. Grow your skills, work with great people, and make something that matters. GROSS SALARY 2 700 - 4 000 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies. \n
