Job Description We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic PR Executive to join our dynamic team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our Public Relations department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our organisation's public image, fostering positive relationships with media outlets, and executing impactful PR campaigns. Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with our organisation's goals and objectives Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to effectively convey our messages Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and international media representatives Organise and manage press conferences, media events, and promotional activities Monitor and analyse media coverage, preparing regular reports on PR initiatives and their impact Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels Manage the organisation's social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to inquiries Assist in crisis management situations, developing appropriate communication strategies Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for PR materials and campaigns Stay abreast of industry trends and local cultural nuances to inform PR strategies Qualifications Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (preferred) Minimum of 2 years' experience in PR, Marketing, or Communications, preferably in the hospitality industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus Strong media relations skills and a proven track record of securing positive media coverage Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in social media management and content creation Demonstrated ability in event planning and execution Crisis management skills and the ability to think on one's feet Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the local Phu Quoc and Vietnamese media landscape (preferred) Culturally sensitive with the ability to navigate diverse business environments Additional Information What awaits you...
