Job Description As a PR & Influencer Coordinator, you will manage and grow our influencer network, drive product placements, and support media and editorial collaborations. This role is all about creativity, relationship-building, and delivering impactful brand experiences. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES What you will do: Manage product placements and seeding within PR and influencer marketing. Build and maintain a network of key influencers aligned with Weekday’s PR & Influencer strategy. Coordinate samples for editorial requests to secure print, digital, and social media coverage. Assist in managing and updating media lists and contact databases. Collaborate with assortment and merchandising teams to generate seasonal product placements. Develop media relations and editorial contacts across fashion, music, and art scenes. Support PR and social media projects such as creative gifting and events Live the brand and values – be an ambassador. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will work closely with Weekday’s marketing, PR, and social media teams, as well as assortment and merchandising teams. You’ll also collaborate with external influencers, media partners, and creative agencies to bring Weekday’s vision to life. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for people with… Experience in PR, influencer marketing, or related fields within fashion or lifestyle brands. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer trends. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a full-time temporary contract for one year, based at our Head Office in Södermalm, Stockholm.
