(Saudi National Only) Grade: GG11 Location: RIYADH Working hours: full time Advert closing: 29/10/2025 Responsibilities: · The PR and Communication Manager typically works as part of a Communications team in the provision of Communications advice and guidance on a range of PR and Communications matters to a business or functional area to meet operational needs of line management and the business. · Typically this role works within agreed Communications frameworks and would be involved in the implementation and management of Communications policies and processes. The role requires a good and broad professional knowledge and keen understanding of Communications principles and practices, including an understanding of the impact and implications of decisions made at a functional and business level. · The delivery of the role will typically be through the management of a small team of Communications Professionals or is delivered as an individual contributor with subject matter expertise in a key Communications discipline. · The Communications Manager can be called upon to deliver Communications tasks and activities commensurate with their necessary skill set. Job Requirements: · The role would typically require a degree in Business Administration/ Communications or related discipline. · Minimum of five years of Communications experience, two years of which is in a management role in a mid-size organization preferably in the aviation/defence industry. · CIPR or CiB qualification in Communications. Has an in depth understanding of Communications concepts and procedures within own Communications technical/ Communications subject area and a basic knowledge in other Communications areas. · Their level of proficiency enables them to apply and consolidate specialist skills and knowledge and ensure essential processes are followed. · Role typically requires a relevant university degree, or an extensive amount of practical Communications knowledge gained through experience. · The role requires a comprehensive understanding of how areas collectively integrate to achieve the goals of the business. · Full management of a team, including management of people, defining roles and responsibilities, planning for the departments future needs and operations, counselling employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions/changes. · The role requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on analysis of factual information · The role has an impact on the business through providing value added perspectives opr advisory services that are important to decision making. · The impact of the role is on a work area such that the work and performance of all teams within the area will be directly affected by the performance of the jobholder. · The role requires strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence and convince others.
