Your responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies across six brands Build strong media relationships and secure high-quality earned coverage across Australia and New Zealand Lead influencer and affiliate programs, driving engagement, reach and commercial performance Plan and deliver impactful product launches, media events, activations and brand experiences Manage agency partners, budgets and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution Monitor brand reputation, track performance and provide insights to optimise results and ROI About You You'll bring 7+ years' experience in PR, communications or influencer marketing within beauty, personal care, FMCG, wellness or consumer brands, along with: Demonstrated success managing multi-brand portfolios Proven event, activation and campaign management capability Strong influencer, creator and agency management experience Excellent communication, storytelling and creative ideation skills Commercially minded with strong analytical and budget management skills Established media and stakeholder relationships across consumer sectors Why Join Us?
