We are looking for an intern to join our Communications department at La Residencia, A Belmond Hotel, Mallorca. This role offers invaluable experience supporting our Communications Manager across a range of daily marketing and communication activities, including media visits and in-house PR events. Starting in April/ May. Primary Responsibilities Include Support the organization of individual media visits under the guidance and supervision of the PR Manager. Support the PR Manager in organizing and handling photo/video shootings. Lead site inspections of the property with medias under the supervision of the PR Manager. Support the PR Manager in communicating new experiences, hotel stories, and events to the press. Gather, check and process press clippings on a regular basis. Maintain and update the Communications calendar and media database. Draft PR monthly reports, internal press reviews, and press releases. Support the organization of press trips and events, the creation of communication campaigns, and the promotion of events with media and clients. Support the creation of marketing materials and content for social media channels under the supervision of the PR Manager. What You Bring: Fluent in English and advanced in Spanish.
