As a PR & Marketing Officer, you infuse our dynamic Commercial Team with a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a relentless commitment to delivering impactful campaigns. Your role is a creative weapon, armed with innovative ideas, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. Develop and implement hotel marketing plans aligned with objectives and brand strategy. Collaborate on creating engaging marketing campaigns and content across channels. Support digital efforts, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising. Monitor and respond to guest reviews to maintain a positive online reputation. Analyze market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities. Coordinate events and promotions, ensuring seamless execution and satisfaction. Contribute to managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting. Ensure brand consistency and quality in marketing materials and collateral. Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, or related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Creative thinker with strong Commercial awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
