We are looking for a PR & Social Media Assistant to manage our profile on review sites and support the business to achieve its goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Monitor incoming reviews on Trust Pilot and Google, respond to positive reviews with bespoke messages.
  • Assist in the investigation of negative reviews to support PR & Social Media Executive.
  • Flag any negative reviews from potential vulnerable customers to the manager ensure claims journey is progressing.
  • Record the causes of negative reviews.
  • Ensure an accurate record is kept of employee rewards from 5 star reviews.
  • Work with business areas to drive up positive reviews and increase our overall score.
  • Assist with collating information for the company intranet.
  • Organise and promote volunteering opportunities for all employees at various locations throughout the year to ensure all employees have the opportunity to utilise the charity day benefit. Attend along with the staff taking photos and showcase these on social media.

EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE:

  • Experience in insurance or social media would be advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Secondary education qualifications in Maths and English, or demonstrable ability in numeracy skills and written English.
